A creative royal-like wedding in Belgium

Wedding couple kissing
Spread the love

Emotions can come from so many different things on a wedding day. We often assume it has to be human emotions: crying, laughing, tears, hugs.
But emotions are so often tied to our environment. How many times have you felt jolted back in time by a smell, a sound, or an image? This is the true power of emotions. They come from all around us.
This is what I mean when I say I prioritize emotions at weddings.
Yes, I will chase the obvious ones. The bursts of joy of your guests, the tender moments of connection.
But I will also look for the more abstract feelings, the ones that will make you travel.
The way the light hits, the movement of a dress, the energy of a room.
To accomplish that, I need to be fully present. Observing the world with my heart wide open. Caring for you, understanding who you are and how you feel, is what allows me to crystallize your day the way it felt, not only the way it looked.
